Built with beefy 6 inch x 6 inch solid wood posts, double 2 inch x 8 inch beams, 2 inch x 8 inch rafters, 2 inch x 6 inch angle braces, and 2 inch x 2 inch top slats. Each post notched to a depth of 1-1/2 inches on each side or a more secure connection between the beam and post. Kit includes post base mounting hardware.
